We are excited to announce that the Pinehurst Country Club Clubhouse
will undergo a full renovation beginning fall of 2008! Plans include
enhanced dining options, Member only Pro Shop, new third floor Member
Lounge that will overlook Pinehurst’s world renowned golf courses, and
more! The new Clubhouse will enhance the Pinehurst Membership offering.

Paperwork Required to Apply for Pinehurst Country Club Membership:
1. Copy of the recorded warranty deed
2. Transfer Fee or Initiation Fee
3. Pinehurst Country Club Membership Application
4. Three Letters of Recommendation (First Time Members Only. Please note
only one letter may be from an area Realtor or the closing Attorney.)
Acceptance and processing of the membership takes approximately 5-7 business
days. New Members will then receive an acceptance letter inviting them
to complete their membership enrollment by attending a new member orientation
session. Prospective Members have 60 days from closing to complete and
submit all of the above paperwork.

Classifications of Membership
Founder:
Privileges - Entitles Member to use of full privileges including
Golf Club No. 7 and full privileges to usage of Pinehurst Country Club's
amenities.
Requirements - Must
own property at Fairwoods on 7. An initiation fee of $50,000. Monthly
dues are $387.00
Founder Non-Resident:
Privileges - Entitles Member to use of all amenities including
Golf Club No. 7 and Pinehurst Country Club with payment of full fees for
all recreational amenities.
Requirements - Must
own property at Fairwoods on 7. An initiation fee of $50,000. Monthly
dues are $129.00
Charter:
Privileges - Entitles Members to full privileges including Golf
Club No. 7 and full resident privileges to the usage of Pinehurst
Country Club's amenities.
Requirements -
Must be an existing Full Member in good standing of Pinehurst Golf and
Country Club. An initiation fee of $10,000 (upgrade). Monthly dues are
$387.00.
► All of the above classifications, except Dining, are transferable upon
payment of the prevailing transfer fee which is currently 30% of the
prevailing initiation fee.
